All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail (2-3 days) with delivery confirmation, departing from Northern California. Although we have had great luck with orders arriving within the 2-3 day time period, priority mail is not guaranteed. Express shipping is available at an additional cost and is the ONLY shipping method available with guaranteed delivery dates. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us and we'll create you a custom listing to purchase. We highly suggest ordering items with enough time to receive at least 1 week prior to your event date, with taking current turn around times (prior to shipping) into consideration.

International orders are welcome! Shipping rates will be adjusted accordingly. Please contact us for shipping quotes.

All orders will ship to the address provided at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for shipping to incorrect address. If you should need your package sent else where, please contact us with that information, or the, "Please leave comments on your order" area upon check out. Numbers can always be added (or changed) on items.

Once orders are delivered to the post office by hand, Party Nest Designs & Co. cannot be held responsible for loss or damage. Although Express Shipping is guaranteed by the USPS, We cannot be held responsible if in the event a package is late, lost or damaged once it leaves our hands.

Rush orders are available only upon request, determined by current volume and must be approved prior to purchase. There will be a fee for Rush order services. Please contact us for this fee amount. Unfortunately, once the order leaves our hands on the agreed shipping date, on time delivery is at the buyers own risk and the shop cannot be held responsible if in the event an item is late, lost or damaged. Shipping dates for Rush orders will be discussed and both Client and Shop must agree to the exact date of shipping prior to approval to accept order. Express Mail and/or insurance via usps is highly recommended for all rush orders.
