Fabric crown is made with satin material, trimmed with ruffled chiffon. Embellished with hand sewn pearls and chiffon rosette. Accented with soft hydrangea petals, silk ribbon bow and German glass glittered number. Includes silk ribbon ties in back to adjust for a perfect fit!
