Boy's Race Car Birthday Hat, embellished with flags and wavy banner that reads your child's name. Number for child's age may be added- please indicate number upon check out. Detailed with handmade pom and ric rac. 

No detail has been overlooked! All seams are finished with coordinating trimmings. The inside is just as beautiful and unique as the outside! Your choice coordinating ribbon or elastic band or both (for younger toddlers).
