Girl's Pretty Ballerina Party hat...soft and pretty with just the right amount of frill! 

Paper hat base includes chiffon ruffles at base and top, delicate flowers, removable chiffon rosette hair clippy and flowy silk ribbons. Back of hat has matching blue silk ribbon at base. Includes both elastic and ribbon tie. Can be made with or with out glittered number. Please specify number (if you'd like) upon check out. 

No detail has been overlooked! All seams are finished with coordinating trimmings. The inside is just as beautiful and unique as the outside!
